Remote process with three different interviews. After applying for the offer, I was contacted by a HR representative to schedule a first interview. That interview was a basic set of questions to establish my background and aptitudes with some extra personal questions. For the second interview, I had two people from the department I was hoping to work at (one of them being my future supervisor). These questions were more technical and focused on my everyday work, but after that, we started talking about my previous experience and what were my expectations for my future in the company. The third interview was more of a confirmation that I had finally been selected for the job, where I could also meet my department manager and talk about what I had to do before my first day. The whole process had a very relaxed tone in general. I was encouraged to ask any questions I had and they always gave me enough time to think about my answers. Probably the best set of interviews I've ever had.
