Interview
The interview was great. Interviewers were descriptive and asked appropriate questions. The atmosphere was pleasant and all parties were friendly and receptive. The interviewers provided a brief summary of the job scope and stated clear expectations.
Online aptitude test consisting of multiple-choice questions covering mechanical engineering fundamentals, technical concepts, problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical skills. The assessment evaluated subject knowledge, accuracy, time management, and aptitude for engineering-related roles.
Submitted an application online (resume and cover letter). Was matched with a recruiter and asked to provide a HireVue. Then invited for an interview with hiring manager. Entire process took around a month.
