The interview process consisted of three stages. The first two rounds were technical interviews, followed by a final HR round. The technical rounds mainly focused on my project work, core polymer concepts, and practical knowledge. The panel asked in-depth questions to understand my hands-on experience and problem-solving approach. The HR round included a detailed explanation of company policies, including leave structure, insurance benefits, relocation support.

Interviewer still interested in syntax and methods memorization in the era of AI. Was unable to recall a single word built-in method and neither the interviewer provided hint. Wrote my own logic for that built-in methods and made the code to work but they want someone who can memorize better

Interview was more product oriented and questions were framed based on your experience in earlier organization. The product specification, the approaches and methods used for verification and validation, the life-cycle assessment of product are areas to be focused more by the interviewer.
