The interview process consisted of three stages. The first two rounds were technical interviews, followed by a final HR round.
The technical rounds mainly focused on my project work, core polymer concepts, and practical knowledge. The panel asked in-depth questions to understand my hands-on experience and problem-solving approach.
The HR round included a detailed explanation of company policies, including leave structure, insurance benefits, relocation support.

Interviewer still interested in syntax and methods memorization in the era of AI. Was unable to recall a single word built-in method and neither the interviewer provided hint. Wrote my own logic for that built-in methods and made the code to work but they want someone who can memorize better
