I had 2 interviews. First was with my future manager and the second round was with my future manager and with the plant managers. It was smooth and very nice interview with questions about my background, my experience, what are my career plans for future, knowledge of SAP, Excel, etc. What makes me a good candidate, my abilities to work on projects, some job related cases and second round was more or less the same.
