Two to three rounds of interviews, very competitive in terms of applicants. There is however concern with compensation for graduate roles. Or you need to be patient ? Overal they were great interviews apart from the aggressive sales leaders. I would say the culture isn't as refined as it should be.

Got many stages, from 600 application, goes to 35, then next2 stage. Finally wanna hire only 5 people. Last year experience interview, this year im not sure. Screening, grouping, and individual interview session.
