First round: Virtual recording with only 30 seconds to answer each of the questions. About 8-10 questions and no redos when making the recordings. Second round: Phone call with hiring manager for about 30 minutes
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Secaucus, NJ) in Apr 2020
Interview
I was emailed after getting turned down for another postion and was given interviews with 3 new people. I had previously done a video interview with prompts, which was very uncomfortable because I was basically talking to myself and did not get to proof my responses. After that, everything else was video chats with live employees, which was a lot better
