Applied online, recruiter reached out to schedule a call with hiring manager, Then his boss, Then a call with the Team Lead. Started around 1/30 and still waiting to hear back. Everyone was nice and easy to talk to, went through the normal interview questions. The team lead call was a bit odd, I though I was talking to a regular team member, the call was mostly him talking and then he said he wanted me to review some documents and chat 2 days later. I did and mentioned a piece of info I found and he said thats great I have all I need and will pass on my info to the team. I think they do like to hire from within
