The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric
Interview
Went through an extensive interview process over the course of 8 months. I really enjoyed getting to know my potential team, but when it came down to the formal offer, they decided to go another direction last minute after assuring me that I was going to be a perfect fit for the position and were looking forward to me joining the company. Very disappointing, not transparent, misleading, and ultimately a waste of time.

Put together a 30-60-90 day proposal, which they never responded to. Again, a waste of time.
3 rounds of interviews with three different people. General questions at the first two interviews, and a few technical questions regarding products, and situational questions. No tough questions. Very friendly and helpful.
