Interview
The interview was about 45-50 minutes. Don't get me wrong, this is not a "difficult" interview. But you need to really look back at your experiences and pinpoint critical characteristics that shape who you are now. This interview was like a conversation. There was one big picture question but it went deeper into what methodologies you used during your employment as well as the different ways you integrated skills required for a team setting.
