Before the test , we were asked to choose our roles . They had shared JDs for all the roles . There were mainly 2 sectors which offered software engineering roles - R&D and Schneider Digital. I had applied for R&D role . Few domain specific MCQs were asked initially in the test . Cognitive assessment was there which had logical , aptitude and language based questions. They also took our opinions on different aspects at the end . Overall it was a good and unique experience. My results are not yet out .
