The interview process was very objective, straightforward, professional and engaging. I was interviewed twice. First with the Operations manager and Recruitment Specialist. They introduced themselves and made me very comfortable and truthful during my interview. I introduced myself, my profession and my aspirations. They asked situational and behavioural competency questions. It made me reflect on myself too. My second interview with the Director and HRBP was more of a discussion and sharing about the company, the role, my preparations for the change and move to Australia, and what values I can contribute to the team.
