I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Champaign, IL) in Nov 2024
Interview
Video interview followed by behavioral interview over Teams. Very straightforward process and enjoyable interviews. The behavioral portion mostly focuses on interests in your role. The HireVue was the first time I’ve used it but it was self explanatory and easy to follow, I enjoyed the format where you could have a second try if needed.
