One of thier employes approached me about coming to work for Square D. Took ~ 6 months from initilal contact to offer due to internal beauracracy. Two interviews, one w/technical manager and one w/regional manager, plus submit online resume etc..

talk with HR about your academic background, personality. talk with direct line manager about the vision you shared with the company, your interpretation of the job responsibility, your capability, your experience. Impress them with your 1: good attitude. It would be better if you are aggressive. 2: your ambition. 3: your loyalty. would be great!
