Schneider Electric Manager interview questions

Dysfunctional. Started with a "Virtual Interview" which was very impersonal. I was immediately called saying basically I met the initial small group cut and would receive an email "Soon" to schedule an on-site. 2 Months later I called to inquire about the interview schedule... nothing. Called again and finally spoke with someone who said I should be receiving a call soon. 1 week later, I received a call from the HR rep aggressively scheduling interviews the following week, Went through the interview with 4 people including the hiring manager. Everyone was polite. Most asked questions like "why are you interviewing now? We've already interviewed 3-4 people and I thought we were down to 1 or 2 candidates?" No follow up from HR even after them asking how the interview went. Very frustrating.
