Ho chiesto un feedback post-colloquio diverse volte e sono stato totalmente ignorato, eppure durante il colloquio mi hanno chiesto se stessi partecipando ad altri iter selettivi.
Credo che la trasparenza, soprattutto per grandi multinazionali, debba essere al centro dei processi di selezione anche nel comunicare esiti negativi.
