Don't understand the point of making a presentation for a technical support role, maybe if we were managers, but were not. Never had to do that in any interview that I have ever had for IT. I like interviewing for the Gov tbh, the gov takes a holistic approach to how you do things, they don't take just one aspect of what you do and determine it on just that, they into account your whole background.
