I applied online and was given a first interview, a 30 minute phone interview with an HR specialist. I am having my 2nd phone interview today. The woman was calling from Pullman, Washington, where the head office is located, The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was very scripted. Many questions asking me to tell about a time I dealt with difficult situations, or went above and beyond what was expected of me.
