Took about 4 weeks. Started with a phone interview request, then the phone interview itself. Was basically HR interview with 3 technical questions. After passing through, I then had a technical interview after 2 weeks.

The process consisted of one initial HR phone screen, a basic technical phone interview and another technical phone interview with two other people. All questions were in the field of protective relaying which included questions on fault currents, power flow analysis and relay co-ordination. The last interview was very extensive and went into a lot of details.

Question 1
Questions are typical work experience I have done before, process and procedure how the protection settings are being developed (From Functional Specs --> Design (I/O Mapping) ---> Request for SC data and preparing protection setting reports). Discussion on hands on experience in using SEL products.
After the first part of the interview, there are 30 theoretical questions I answered related to power system -- CBF, Distance, CT's, Setting, Symmetrical, Basic Formula. (All those questions can be found in Alstom PRAG Book)
