There was a phone screen which was pretty normal with HR and the hiring manager that lasted about an hour. The onsite interview consists of preparing and giving a presentation. They give you the topics to cover - leadership style, thoughts on their organization, finances and sales targets, etc.. on their business. The presentation is at their site and there may be several people attending by video. There is no information provided and they are primarily looking to see if you can reason your way to answers and have some understanding about the business.. When I saw teh list of topics to cover, I was intimidated. They are not expecting you to be exactly right on the numbers they ask you to provide. It is an unusual way of doing interviews in my experience but I think it is effective.
