Interview
Phone screen followed by a take home assessment project. Given about a week to complete the assessment, took ~5 hours of solid work. After submitting, didn't hear anything until I followed up 2 weeks later. A different employee I'd never talked to contacted me to tell me I was not selected. No feedback on the assessment.
