The interview was held with the company's founder and it was a casual chat to describe the company, what they are looking for and my relevant experience for the job. After this interview I had a test task sent via email for a typical Project Manager position - mainly a draft look at a start of the project and to list what questions I had for the client and overall, then to organize a Gantt type chart/schedule for a project
