Interview
I applied online. Their HR person reached out to me and then I had a phone call with the sales manager. At the interview I met briefly with HR. Then met with the National and Regional Sales managers. They were looking for a rain maker - make sales and turn it over to someone else to service. I did some phone sales years ago most of my career has been account sales and managing the accounts I developed. I was willing to give it a shot but none of us was certain it was the right fit.
