The interview process was quick for me, as they needed this position filled. I applied once, and again 3 weeks later. I received an email the next day after my second application, replied to schedule a phone call, and received a call first thing the next morning, rather than a scheduled call. I decided to decline the offer to reschedule and just have a phone interview then and there. I was then scheduled for an in-person interview two days later, and sent a link to three assessments to complete before the interview.
Once I arrived for the interview, I took a 45-minute writing assessment, before meeting the hiring team representative, the Executive Vice President of Marketing, and the Director of Post Launch content. The interview was short, and I was encouraged to ask many questions. There was a great deal of emphasis placed on the ability to accept criticism in your work and grow from it.
Post-interview, I received a request for references, and a few days later I received an offer for employment. In total, from the initial email contact to the offer, the process took a week.
