I applied through a linked in job posting for their new Dallas branch. I was contacted shortly after for an interview with their VP of sales. We spent about and hour and a half talking through my resume and job expectations. He was very insightful and helpful in answering all of my questions. I was set up for a second interview with the VP of National Brands, same experience. Was told I'd have a third interview with another VP and then hear back from the original interviewer. The third interviewer never contacted me, instead the original interviewer sent me a 300 question psych test and a personality test for a handful of my friends to take. After about a week they sent me an email saying they were going to pursue other candidates.
