Interview
They asked me the regular interview questions then we dove deep into my background and experience. We role-played and they asked me to sell them something random. We then talked about specific markets that they have and which one I liked best.
Entire process was redundant and drawn out. Four rounds of interviewing along with an onsite visit - almost a month from initial contact to offer. Offer was lower pay than led to believe - declined and pursued another offer with higher salary and better benefits.
