I would say don't waste your time, but they will waste yours.
Here is the interview process. Phone interview with recruiter> 2 hour interview with the Director HRBP-> 1 hour interview with CPO. This moved very fast, took about a week.
Then they would proactively reach out to me and say you're still a candidate but...you're still in consideration but..we have to finish additional interviews and provide an update (no timeframe) soon.. when I reached out for a timeframe I wasn't given one. I decided to reach out about 10 days later, first to the recruiter and was ignored, then to the hiring manager (director, hrbp) also ignored.
I have worked in HR for a long time and have interviewed many people and one simple bit of advice I can share is sending an email to someone you are not going to hire takes 5 minutes of effort, being a decent person takes zero effort. If their HR team treats candidates like this I'm sure the employee experience is worse.
