Scotiabank Call Center Position interview questions

I had applied online on scotiabank website, received a call a month later for an initial screening then had a phone interview for 20 minutes, then was invited for a test at the customer service center, there were some simulations consisting handling multiple phone lines at the same time working on the computer, did not do well in that, kind of hard to be fast if you are doing it for the first time. Got an email rejection letter a week later.
