Interview process wasn’t stressful. They want to know how well you can manage difficult conversations with customers overall and how well you work cross functionally. Some basic knowledge of banking is helpful.

Interview
I had a phone interview and a skype interview conducted. Both were very well with focus on behavioural types of questions. The skype interview went very fast, unfortunately you could not return to edit your questions which i did not like.
