Got an email back to have a "recorded" online interview. Essentially you record your answers. Final step was another interview through webcam with an HR person.

There was one portion that was a virtual simulation of what it is like to be a Customer Service Rep where you had to sort of recall and enter in things that were said verbally, sort of as an aptitude test. When they say be sure to do it in a quiet place where you won't be distracted, they mean it.
