The interview process seemed unorganized, with the interviewers uninterested in the process. They were not engaging and did not even try to ask meaningful questions to see how I would fit on the team.
It was very chill nothing crazy hard. Overall just prepare how you would for any interview for other finance roles. Also very straightforward process and they get back to you relatively quickly
HR phone call + Panelist Interview (director & associate). Both virtually done. behavioral for the HR phone call about why this role & your intereest with the team, panelist about past experience and role-specific technical questions. Overall incredible smooth and fast turn-around process.
can't deny that the process is super easy, but the interviewer is not nice, seems like xx doesn't want to talk to me and seems highly angry. very horrible experience, you can feel the vibe there
