Short interview process. Few behavioral and technicals as you advance to the superday. Very nice interviewers who wanted to guage your market interest and financial knowledge. Scenario questions as well.
Reached out to by HR after 1 week and a team member after applying online after 1.5 weeks. Was given less than a working day of notice for the first-round online interview. During the call, the questions felt unstructured. They repeatedly pressed me on why I wanted the role, but never actually explained what the role fully entailed. Communication stopped immediately after the call—no feedback, no update.
