After doing the Plum profile, I have a group coffee chat where a recruiter asks for additional info on the technical sides. A few days later I got invited to a Codility round.
I am getting past the Codility round, will update asap.
Multiple stages- recruiter screening, technical, and behavioural. Networking important beforehand. Read job description thoroughly and be prepared to go through your resume effortlessly. Process was a month to 6 weeks long.

the interview was online with 2 senior developers on a call. We talked about my resume and asked a few questions about my proficiency with the various languages used in the tech stack.
