I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scotiabank in Sep 2022
Interview
Comprised of two virtual interviews through teams. First was with the SM and Director of the team. Second was with the Director of the team and another Director of the team I would be supporting. Both very natural interviews where they asked behavioural and situational questions.

Reached out to by HR after 1 week and a team member after applying online after 1.5 weeks. Was given less than a working day of notice for the first-round online interview. During the call, the questions felt unstructured. They repeatedly pressed me on why I wanted the role, but never actually explained what the role fully entailed. Communication stopped immediately after the call—no feedback, no update.
two rounds of interview, one hirevue and one in person and one group coffee chat, friendly process in general, very interesting to learn about the team. good experience over all, thumbs up
