3 stages, all just me with a varying number of staff 1/2/3. Good fun, not overly complicated questions and super friendly. Sold the organisation well. MDs particularly were super friendly. Felt more conversation than interview.

The nest stage is a group coffee chat, after that the HR will reach out to you for a suitable position if it went well (in my case it did), Then final stage is simply a behavioral interview. It went well, and flowed like a good conversation, wasn't selected likely due to their being a better fit.
