It was really nice. I felt very welcome from the beginning as the presenter was very nice and we went together to the room where they have other candidates and staff waiting. I had a coffee before joining the conversation. It was like a classroom. I raised my hand many times without getting to give an answer. That sort of frustrated me but eventually I was given the opportunity to speak, and man, I nailed it. I was the only American so I spoke about the US. And they loved it. Then I said a few jokes. I was able to make a good impression. Then we did activities. There was even armwrestling, to ease the tension. Some thought it was part of the process. In the end, they made all the candidates that were still there after two hours of discussion about the position vote for the best candidate. I was the only one who voted for self. I won with 2 votes.
