Basically the manager ask me to walk through my resume and asked about details regarding to my previous working experience. He is interested in the programming skills I have. I talked about my skills and my previous projects that are related to the job. no particular technical questions were asked. I asked him several questions regarding the job content, what is the area of focus, and main business we concentrated on.The interview process is pretty laid back and no tension.
