I applied through college or university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Ottawa, ON)
Interview
I went through 5 rounds of interviews. A lot of them were redundant (3 fit interviews) with people of the same role/responsibility. It took 5 months for a decision to be made, which is extremely inconvenient, and not that far outside of the norm of 3 months for my peers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All the questions were standard fit interview questions
The interview process was very smooth. Did the interview with the branch manger and the business development manager. They asked a lot of question about the role and also what I could bring in the table.
