We were about 25 - 30 of us invited for the interview and all of had applied online or through our job councilors.The reps from the bank gave a short introduction about the bank and our job description as a Customer Service Rep. We then each had a face to face interview with a hiring manager from the bank.

Tell me about yourself, Why do you think this job is right for you?, how do you deal with a difficult customer?, tell me about one of your major accomplishment ? What are your strengths and weaknesses
Good very helpful, they have the right people conducting these interviews. Overall great experience but did not accept. Better process than the rest would recommend to whomever. Job entails basic csr like responsibilities plus selling
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves
