I applied online. I got a video interview link in one week, where it was required to complete the questions in 4 working days. If you click on the link, it will ask questions, you have 30 seconds to think and next 5 minutes to answer the question. There were in all 8 questions asked. I had to record the answer to every question and upload the video. I completed the interview in 2 days. I got a call next week regarding date and time confirmation of telephonic interview. The telephonic interview was resume screening with also questions like why scotia ? why this position ? Post the interview she again told me that there will a live video interview next monday and I also have to clear personality test before I give interview which I am waiting to appear.

It is a multiple stage interview process: First phone pre interview with the recruiter, zoom interview with a branch manager and zoom panel with a branch manager and someone from the district administrative team.

It has taken longer than expected. About a month to complete the interviews and the whole process. It took about 1 week after applying to be contacted for first interview and then another 15 days for second interview. The interviewer was to the point and not very friendly, but very honest and clear about pay and what I will need to do once I start.
