Very quick screen with initial questions and said they would be presenting my candidacy and I had a good background. Said they would know within a week. Never got a call like most unprofessional recruiters, not even an email. At this level when you have a quick screen, regardless of everything, the least you can do is pick up the phone and let the candidate know. I would do that even with the most entry level candidate. It's called good candidate experience not to mention utter professionalism. My experience in the 20 plus years in this business has been 8/10 recruiters don't get back to you. It's very poor practice, not to mention makes the company look really bad.
