After submitting my resume, I got an email to set up an in-person interview, and the in person interview consisted of mainly behavioural questions, as well as how you see yourself growing in the compny.
The HR interview for the CEA role was straightforward and around 30 minutes. It focused on basic behavioural questions—teamwork, handling pressure, client scenarios, and communication skills. The conversation felt comfortable and easy, and the interviewer was friendly, making the overall experience positive.
