Had an interview with a lady only lasted 7 mins... And only asked 2 questions on how motivated I am if I get this position and how to keep myself motivated....and den some general questions like salary expectation and that's all it... But how do you base the qualifications without even asking for skills the candidate has.. I felt she was inexperience being an interview or she felt like she didn't want to do the interview in the first place it felt half fast...so stupid
