Round 1: Group Coffee Chat
It was a group chat with the recruiter who reached me out for this position. It was more of a resume walk, like why this position, why Scotiabank, about our skill set (Both technical and behavioural] and why do you think you are a good fit for this position.
Round 2: Panel Interview and Power Point Presentation
So for this round, I was asked to make a ppt on "About me". This included my professional and academic background, my best achievement so far, my biggest challenge and my key learnings from the whole experience. After the ppt, I was asked a lot of behavioural and some technical Questions. The panel consists of your future reporting manager, and 2 directors.
Final: Got the offer letter and accepted it! The whole process took ~25 days. I got verbal confirmation from my recruiter the very next day after the interview! Overall it was a very positive experience. Just be prepared with the role, the company values, and the skills you have mentioned in the resume. Just be honest and answer naturally. You do not have to impress them by agreeing to them, just be yourself! And definitely ask follow up questions.
All the best!!
