I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Richmond Hill, ON) in Aug 2012
Interview
I was already working for the company as a teller. After finishing university my branch manager submitted my resume to the Human Resources recruiting department. I first had an initial screening interview. The next week I had an hour long phone interview. Two weeks later I had an interview with two current branch managers for 90 minutes. I did not hear back with the results for 3 weeks.
