Screening Call: An initial conversation with a recruiter to discuss my background, interest in the role, and alignment with the company’s values and requirements.
1:1 Interview with the Hiring Manager: A more in-depth interview focused on my professional experience, problem-solving abilities, and how I could contribute to the team’s goals.
Panel Interview with a Home Case Presentation: I was asked to solve a business case at home and later present my findings to a panel of interviewers.
Did not make it past 2nd round, however the process is quite long and wait times in between feedback is quite intense with no clear communication. The first was with HR, second one is post doing a presentation prep and presenting the deck to senior manager and director after a quick 10-20 min convo about yourself
They have you do a mini take home case that you present, then a round with 2 leaders, and a final round with a VP. The questions are very focused on understanding your financial, investment, and business acumen and how you can communicate your thought process and problem-solving skills.
