I applied and recieved a telephone interview. It lasted for 15 minutes and the lady seemed friendly and welcoming. General interview questions where asked such as why do you want to work at Scotlynn. Speak about your experience with communicating on the phone, being organized and having good time management skills

I was contacted through Indeed where I applied, a few days later I was called for an impromptu short phone interview then asked to come in for an in person interview. Was called that afternoon with an offer of employment.
