Several over the phone interviews. First with local HR rep. 2nd with national VP. Then 3rd interview is the first in person one. 1st hour spent shadowing current employees, followed by 2 hour interview with local GM.

Step one: phone interview with in-house recruiter.
Step two: virtual interview with a Senior Account Manager.
Step three: In-person interview that includes a tour of the building, a shadow experience with existing Account Managers, and a formal interview with a General Manager.
Walkthrough the facility office followed up by a 30 minute period of shadowing an Account Manager. Finished with a sit-down interview with a GM, the questions asked were more so about your personality, and geared towards figuring out if you can handle the grind of the job.
