Typically 3 interviews, 2 over the phone and one in person interview. Went to the HQ in Fort Myers, FL but their our offices in South FL, Tampa, and Indianapolis, IN . Really liked the atmosphere and open sales floor layout, plus the salaries of the already commissioned mangers is too hard to pass up.

The interview process was casual and dealt with more personality "are you the right fit" questions. More of a conversation style interview, quality people trying to figure out if you will work with company culture.
