Panel of: EC& I Maintenance Team Leader, Engineering Manager & Production Team Leader Scenario based Interview - "if this then..........what would you do? what have you done previously?" Great emphasis on safety. Where they tried to manipulate you in getting work done fast and under pressure - BUT it is to test whether you would deviate from following policies, procedures and work unsafely. Very company based questions on their competencies.
