Scotts Miracle-Gro Merchandiser interview questions

Applied online, got invited to take a online questionnaire, at the end was further invited to a phone interview where you could choose a date/time to your liking (they call right on time btw). Scotts sends out continous updates letting you know where you are in the interview process or if your still being considered as well as surveys to provide feedback on the interview process. Phone interview was successful and met with Sales Manager for a in person interview with a store visit to demonstrate your merchandising sales experience. Got offered the job a week later. Sales managers are very thorough in describing the job and expectations, despite the fact that they are selling fertilizer and grass seed, there is an entrepreneurial aspect in their culture and the values they believe in.

I was contacted by the Human resources department of the Scotts-Miracle Grow company after I submitted an appliction online. Had a few formal questions to ask then set me up for a phone interview with an HR representative. The HR person asked me some formal questions once again, and then notified me that I would have an in-person interview set up with the Sales Manager for this region. Interview with the sales manager, and got the job.
